Charles at 5819 Cleveland ave needs some real customer service training. So I hate being "that person" who asks for a manager but this was ridiculous. I went to advanced auto parts the other day to have my battery charged that I bought from them a month or two ago. The staff was kind and charged it and even helped explain things that I didn't know. Today I walked there to get my car and have my charged battery installed. I kindly asked the worker and he scoffed and said "I'm not doing that. I can give you tools and you can do it yourself". At that point I didn't even know what to say. I politely told him that I bought the battery there and they took it out so logically they should put it back in. He refused again. Luckily another employee "Erik" volunteered to do so. I asked him if I was in the wrong for asking "Charles" to install my battery and "Erik" said no we are required to. Again, all of the employees there were extremely helpful, but when I experienced working with Charles I honestly never want to go there again untill I know he's been talked to or fired. Feedback: Fire the extremely unprofessional employee by the name of Charles.
